Hello, I'm Charlotte Hay, a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist based in Kent. I hold a Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, and level 4 certificate in canine hydrotherapy.

My approach is holistic, and personalised, considering each animal as an individual — not just their injury or condition, but their lifestyle, wellbeing, and partnership with their owner.
